The Quillian Tattoo Rules

IN THE STUDIO: 

• No pets
• No smoking
• No children 

DEPOSITS:  

• To book an appointment you MUST leave a deposit. 
• DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. 
• All deposits are forfeited if: 
  • You fail to show up. 
  • You do not call to reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment time.
  • You need to reschedule more than twice. 
  • You do not reschedule within 90 days.
  • You completely change of Tattoo design idea to be tattooed or pierced.

TO BE TATTOOED OR PIERCED:

• YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD. 
• Proof of age is required. 
• Acceptable forms of Identification are:
  • STATE ISSUED ID CARD
  • STATE ISSUED DRIVER’S LICENSE
  • PASSPORT
  • SCHOOL ID with birth certificate 

TOUCHUPS:

• Are done at the cost and discretion of Tattooer.
